Airscan works with MVIS to develop a completely standalone Air Quality monitoring solution

Working together with our partners MVIS, our latest solution integrates their solar powered ‘Compact’ base with the Airscan Environmental Sensor, offering clients the ability to monitor air quality pollution such as NO2, SO2, CO, O3, Particulate Matter PM2.5&10, heat, humidity and acoustic sound.

The solution is a low-cost system that offers the ability to build a high-density ambient air quality network that records data in real-time. With low power demands, this unit can be powered by the MVIS ‘Compact’ solar powered based and used in applications where space and power is limited, including but not limited to;

  • Work places/work areas

  • Construction Site Safety

  • Events

  • Town Centres/Cities

  • Urban Road/ Highways

These applications make this product a useful tool for a variety of industries, organisations and projects concerned with air quality, such as schools, Tier 1 construction contractors, local authorities and traffic management companies. Perfect for temporary applications, this product allows clients to cover more space, quickly and cost effectively. Manufactured here in the UK it uses the latest generation of electrochemical and laser sensor technology and mobile connectivity to record real-time data which is presented onto an online dashboard or made available by an API for integration into any third party application.
